Data Processing Addendum

KokuaOS acts as a processor (service provider) for the Customer Data an AI Employee handles on your behalf. That processing is governed by the KokuaOS Data Processing Addendum (DPA), which is incorporated into your Agreement.
The DPA covers roles and responsibilities, permitted processing, security measures, subprocessors, international data transfers (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable), data-subject requests, and breach notification.
Because the DPA forms part of your executed Agreement, the current DPA is provided to customers and prospective customers on request and is countersigned as part of onboarding, rather than published as standalone contract text.
